Armed Robbers Scared.
At the close of the Criminal Sessions Fosterday, Sir John Currington, the Chief Justice, addressing Deputy Superintendent Mackis, commented on the absence of the crims of armed robbery in the Colony during the past mouth, and remarked that if the polce continued to do their duty as faithfully and well as they were doing, this satisfactory state of matters would be likely!
